As the world continues to go through intense shifts, the most important thing for you to focus on is your frequency and where you are directing your energy. Remember, you are a creator being and, as we move through this Yuga/Age, you CAN create a beautiful life, in alignment with your soul purpose, and glide through with grace. The only requirements are a willingness to show up for yourself, come from the heart, and be open to miracles. This is not a course where you can passively listen to the info and expect your life to change, but if you are wholeheartedly committed to love in all forms, attend/watch the live classes, and engage with the meditations and activations, you can create miracles, like so many others have. We recommend dedicating about 4 hours a week for this work and that includes the live courses, meditation, breath work, journaling, and consciously creating. It's up to you how far and how deep you go.
