•
You Completed the Foundation. Now It's Time to Find Your Voice.
You've learned the foundation. The nervous system, the physiology, the lineage of the breath, what it means to hold space for another person's healing.
• •
Now it's time to go further.
This is the Intermediate training, which is the next step on the Cosmic Communion pathway. This is where you expand your toolkit, deepen your understanding of the body, and begin to discover what makes your facilitation distinctly yours.
• • •
This training is open to anyone with prior breathwork training, whether you trained with us in Foundations or come from another lineage. If you've experienced breathwork, understand the basics of holding space, and feel called to go deeper . . . this is for you.
-
By the end of this training, you will have:
Four additional breathwork styles to draw from, beyond what you learned in Foundations
A deepened, more nuanced understanding of the nervous system and how to work with it in real time
The skills to hold space for larger groups, not just one-on-one or small pairs
Working knowledge of GarageBand, so you can record and produce your own guided
breathwork sessions
A clearer sense of your own facilitation style and voice and what makes your offering
uniquely yours
Significant hands-on practice time, facilitating and being facilitated by your fellow
trainees
A real, living community of practitioners walking this path alongside you
This is not a weekend of information. This is a structured arc designed to actually transform how you show up in the room, or on the screen, as a facilitator.
-
This training unfolds over several weeks, intentionally designed so the learning has time to actually integrate into your body and your practice.
Weekend One - August 1 & 2 Online via Zoom, 12pm–5pm
We open with new breathwork styles, deepen the nervous system material, and beginexpanding your capacity to hold space for groups.
Weekend Two - August 8 & 9 Online via Zoom, 12pm–5pm
We continue building your toolkit — more styles, more practice, and we introduce GarageBandso you can begin learning to record and produce your own sessions.
Integration Period - Several Weeks
This is where the real growth happens. You'll have time to practice what you've learned — with each other, with friends, in your own emerging practice — and bring real questions and real experience back to the final session.
Closing Session - September 5 & 6
September 5th. In-person in Dana Point, California September 6th. Online via Zoom, for anyone unable to join in person
We close the training together, integrating everything. In person for those who can join us in beautiful Dana Point, and online for those who can't. Either way, you complete this training as part of one community.
-
This Intermediate training is part of a larger pathway. For those who want to go even deeper, our Advanced training is a week-long immersion retreat with Daphne and me as the next step for facilitators ready to fully embody this work.
You don't need to decide on that now. Just know that if this path calls you forward, there is somewhere for you to go.

Your teachers.
Kimber Tiernan
Founder of NANDIKimber Tiernan is a breathwork teacher and facilitator who weaves breath as a foundational bridge through all of her spiritual and healing work. With a background in pranayama and extensive study in modern breathwork practices, she brings both lineage and lived experience to the way she teaches and holds space.
Kimber has a deep understanding of the physiological and nervous system dynamics of breath, and is known for creating containers that feel grounded, safe, and deeply attuned.
Her approach emphasizes regulation, presence, and trust - allowing the body to open at its own pace.
She often says, "If I were stranded on a desert island and could only choose one modality, it would be breathwork. It teaches you how to regulate your nervous system, move energy and trauma through the body, and quiet the thinking mind so you can drop into deep meditative and transcendent states. It's one of the most beautiful gateways to healing I know."
Founder of SPAGHETTI movesDaphne Zahara Driscoll
Daphne completed her Breathwork certification through Op e n, though her first experiences with breath as a transformational practice came through Kimber’s sessions and classes. Those early encounters shaped her understanding of breathwork as a deeply somatic process, one that moves beyond the intellect and into the wisdom of the body.
Now teaching regular breathwork classes at Op e n, Daphne has witnessed again and again that true transformation happens through the body, not by bypassing it. Her facilitation invites participants to soften out of the mind and into sensation, presence, and feeling to allow the breath to cut straight to the heart of things.
With a background in movement, embodiment, and nervous system awareness, Daphne creates grounded, intuitive spaces where people can safely meet themselves, release stored emotion, and reconnect to their innate aliveness.
